Protein Balls

These Chocolate No Bake Energy Balls are game changers. I got the recipe from Clean Monday Meals.  Seriously they taste like a no bake cookie!

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup @bobsredmill Gluten Free Oats
  • 2/3 cup coconut flakes
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 1/3 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Combine all ingredients in Kitchen Aid or Bosch mixer. Make into balls and store in fridge up to two weeks. Or put them in the freezer to last longer. Enjoy!
