For me, nothing is better than new work out gear. Sometimes all I need is a new workout top or leggings to help motivate me to get to the gym. As silly as that may seem, it works for me. I splurge a little when it comes to my workout clothes just because I wear them so often that I think spending a little more money for them pays off in the long run.
It’s not always easy for me to stay positive about working out. I have had moments where I have a mental breakdown and just don’t want to do it anymore. I mean come one… The treadmill is not that fun. But I’ve found things that have helped. For example, BoxUnion. I’ve made a community and family that pushes me and makes me want to go each morning. Maybe it’s time to mix up your routine and try something new! For me, I’m going to try yoga. Stay tuned for how that goes!
